Whenever I think of Valentines Day, I think of the song Cupid by Sam Cooke. When I think of Sam Cooke, it reminds me of the scene from Witness with Harrison Ford and Kelly McGinnis (even though they didn't use his version of Wonderful World for the movie) So to my wife, who I met around this time 4 years ago, and to all the rest of you lovers out there, here is a good romantic scene from a pretty damned good movie.

Yo, old man, I believe it's Kelly McGillis. And lovely scene, gave me a warm fuzzy.

Thanks honey!

P.S. Unfortunately (or fortunately), I'll always think of True Grit as my favorite Valentine's Movie!

P.P.S. Right in the face!

This is hilarious to me. Witness? You chose a scene from Witness for a Valentine's Day tribute? Because all that comes to mind when I think of Witness is that little boy scrambling under the stall to avoid being murdered. Not at all awwwww.

That's probably why I'm bad at Valentine's Day. Murderous thoughts.
